I don’t think I’ve made any progress but I’ve changed my beard style to a goatee so u can see my jaw easier, but for some reason I look so much better in car mirrors but in jsut flips when I get home but, any advice is good advice and I really want to ascend to low htn or high mtn.

I’ve tried cutting out carbs as much as I can and have started to increase meat
