Hot take but I think it's true. Ultra liberals and pretty much anyone struggling with identity are killing themselves the most. Even young couples who aren't chronically online, lonely, or incel, are depressed and suicidal to pretty much the same extent as incels.
I think a lack of sense of self or identity is what causes such tendencies. How can you cope if you can't even identify yourself?
I'd like to hear your thoughts on what you think is the most important thing for mental wellbeing?
Personally I think it's a sense of control and self-identity.
