16 yrs old
i am still not lean enough (genetic tendency to store fat on face, average curry problem u gotta deal with) i have literally 6 pack abs and ribcage down below
i am gonna assume i have 17-18% bf overall

i fasted for 32 hours pretty ez... gonna push to 48 hours
1. will take sufficient electrolytes
2. will just walk for cardio and slight gym (jogging spikes too much cortisol)
3. take sufficient proteins and fats afterwards

every other general health will be followed like sleeping taking sunlight etc

i hope this doesnt fuck up my metabolism !!!!

Fasting doesnt matter if you still eat like shit outside, the only genuine thing you should think about is a calorie deficit and how to achieve it
