Project X makes me depressed

I just watched Project X () again and it made very depressed. It makes me scared I will never really live life. I don't even know if missing out on these things is as bad as I think right now. I don't have any social life and am probably too high inhib and autistic to even try and sustain it. Anyone of you ever had the possibility to do these typical things while being a teenager? Is it worth it? Is this typical American teenager life even real?
