Prominent zygos = creased face as you get older.

TBH it doesn't bother me - I'm not a woman. But I have quite prominent zygos and I'm finding that as I get older, the contouring it creates on your face actually starts to develop creasing. So where my cheek shadow is, I'm starting to see lines actually outlining it. Plus I already have prominent dimples, and those create a crease over time as well. I figure than in about 10 yrs times I'm gonna look like Keith Richards. Anyway for those thinking about getting implants - something to consider?

It depends. In my case my weight tends to fluctuate a lot over time, and when you lose weight you find your skin is a little looser than it was.
