Why do people have to waste years in a position to get promoted?
Nothing changed it's not like someone became better, in fact, he probably became worse due to the environment.
People have to ask, can I get promoted, and the answer is we will see or something like that lol.
Or if you improve your performance xD.
What is this stuff, why is promotion considered a reward?
Yes, I know why they do it, but it's still stupid, carrot on a stick, psychological manipulation blah blah blah.
It's still stupid. You look at these people in the managerial positions, many are just pathetic fools.
There is nothing really outstanding about them in their work, besides being there a long time and simply following the rules.
At least if they were handsome, or very outspoken or intelligent, one could make a case for something maybe,
but companies are full of NT femcels and incels, full of hatred against people because they have been treated like garbage.
