Whether levels coincide with symptoms is not understood. We have collected pilot data in support of this idea in male rats. Rats that were GDX, compared to intact rats, had lower circulating T and DHT levels, smaller prostates and longer latencies to initiate sexual contacts with a female (as to be expected).
