As you may know bone smashing is the constant stress on bones that causes micro fractures in the bone that our body starts to heal after constants minutes of stress.
to do it you just need a hard object to hit the area where you want more mass.
YOU DON’T NEED TO HIT YOUR FACE AS HARD AS POSSIBLE
If you brake your bones there is no way your body can heal those fracture so just hit your face with a hammer (as an exemple even tho is the best instrument to use) and try to count to let at least 0.5 to 1 second before hitting again, the force you applicate should make your bone start to make sound after every hit, (the sound should be like a soft knock on a wooden table)
