an American study found that 85% of Americans aren't self aware
by "self aware" they mean that most people don't know what and why the feel the way they do
even tho this study was made in America in my opinion its the same way for European countries
im sure this also correlates with iq, no average person or below will ever be as self aware as someone with even a slightly above average iq
this is literal proof of normies being actual fucking npcs
they don't deserve living in the same world as us
even tho the article says you can "change" it, its bullshit
the average/dumb person if they hear about this will just delude themselves into thinking they are self aware and actually smart people are self aware by default
thoughts?

Only 15% Of People Are Self-Aware -- Here's How To Change
In her new book, psychologist Tasha Eurich tackles a topic that many of us think we’ve mastered, but haven’t: self-awareness. By analyzing people who have improved their self-awareness and exploring hundreds of studies, she explains why we have such big blind spots and how we can change.
