if you are HTN people will not call you hot a lot. you will not get called ugly either. people will threat you better than ugly and average people and girls can fall in love with you if you can compensate with smth like body/money/big dick/status

in my prime i was chadlite, now im htn with some slight hairline recession and worse collagen. theres a big difference, i used to get called good looking on a regular basis by randoms, foids etc. now its rare
