skincare routine is important if you have acne scars - especially niacinimide. im going to test out bakuchiol soon as well for the deeper more stubborn scars

for hair - stop taking hot showers, or at least, don't let the hot water touch your hair, it absolutely fries the shit out of it. also i use natural shampoo that doesnt have parabens/sulfates and i use a few drops of argan oil after shampooing. shampoo every 2-3 days depending on how fast your hair gets oily

debloating - if you are low bf% like i was yet your face is still bloated its likely water weight and/or lymphatic fluid. i had terrible habits like drinking, smoking, trash diet which all disrupted my hormones and caused lypmh nodes to overreact.

whole food diet + consistent sleep is key for hormones/test

supplements that also help: vit d3, magnesium glycinate, zinc, vit B, (cycling) ashwaganda, natural sunlight, collagen

pro tip: double cleanse as part of your skincare routine and after applying the oil cleanser use your hands as a gua sha. i also use this time to shave because the oil acts as a lubricant (works for trimmers like the phillips one blade).

letting the oil sit also starts a process called "oil pulling" where the oil in the sebum (whiteheads) that is in your pores starts getting loosened and pulled out of your skin, and with some gentle scrubbing the sebum comes out completely.

this step is important if your nose is very bloated like mine was

after that you would follow with a water based cleanser
