I don't know how to change that naturally (I'm not going to have surgery).

I chew a lot of gum and train my facial muscles with one of those training gums.

It is true that they make the face look more bloated but only while the muscle is warm, once you rest it takes on a better shape.

I have a little more muscle in my mid-face after that.
