I just did my first day of carnivore diet.
I just ate two steaks.
I was sitting there for a good hour and 20 minutes just chewing.
Practicing proper swallowing technique, premolar chewing, etc.

I am feeling incredible.
It literally feels exactly like when I had a palate expander and braces a couple years ago.
I have the same “blood rushing to my skull”
Feeling that I got when I would crank the knob on the palate expander to expand the sutures in my skull.
My teeth hurt, but in a good way, and it feels like when I had braces.
I can literally feel the sutures a little looser.

By the way, this isn’t placebo, because with a palate expander, you crank the knob, and depending on how much you do it, you will literally have a gap in your teeth within an hour or two because its literally separating the sutures in your skull.

The same thing just happened.
My two front teeth feel like they have a gap in them now.

I can literally feel my sutures.

Also, I’m 17 turning 18 in a few months.

I used to think all of this mewing shit and chewing etc was cope past like 13 years old, but its not.

Apparently the sutures in your skull don’t seal until you’re 25, and according with what just happened, that’s true.

Start mewing, and chewing hard, start breathing properly.

Do everything you can do, its not over.
My skull is literally expanding.

Its not placebo bro.
I remember when i was like 13, I would crank the palate expander. There would be an hour or two of extreme pressure, then i would get a huge gap in my teeth the thickness of a quarter
(I used to stick quarters in it)

Same thing just happened to a less extent, the gap is less than like 0.1mm but i can still feel it.

Isn't that kinda problem if it doesn't close itself?

No it always goes back to normal.
Or at least mine would.
I would go to sleep and wake up and it would be normal again.
It’s because the teeth naturally want to be aligned so they go back to their position, while the palate stays expanded.

Dnr how do you chew correctly? :feelswhat:

Just chew a shit ton evenly on both sides until your steak/beerf/chicken/organ is mush, and then chew more.
Chew until it hurts, and then more.
Use your middle teeth I.E canines.
chew evenly.
When you swallow, use your tongue to force the food to the roof of your mouth and backwards, and swallow (all one motion)
When you eat have correct sitting posture and neck posture, but that goes for always.

Nigga thats what knives are for, but I understand what you’re saying.
If we’re talking steak, use your molars to chew it into mostly mush, then use your canines like i said and just chew and chew and chew.
The best is when you get a tendon/ligament in there, and you can literally chew on that forever cause you can’t really break it down.
It’s like natural gum.
If you do this, theres really no risk of breaking a bracket.
Also I never broke brackets on real food.
Only goyslop like skittles and sour patch kids.
