if you never had a proper lip posture and your upper lip is extremerly thin then yes, it happend to me few months ago my upper lip was very thin but now its almost as full as my lower lip, but otherwise not really

unluckily fillers are the only way ti get chad lips.
lip fillers are cheap but they don't last forever

I never did proper swallow and have full lips. Full lips need maintenance. They get dry easily and also look incel easily. But if properly maintenanced it could halo your lower third

Nope I've tried quite a bit for lips, Nothing really helped, maybe perching them a bit can help but you may look like an idiot if you do this. Lip balm did nothing.
