10, 20, or 40 mg? was thinking about stacking 10 mg propranolol with 50 mg baclofen, though this will my first dose of both so there is a possibility the baclofen is bunk since its from indiamart

Alright, 40mg should be fine unless you take something else that lowers blood pressure. If you take a higher dose, you could feel lightheaded. Propranolol won't lower mental anxiety, it'll only make it so your body can't react to adrenaline. So if you shake, or get sweaty, get a racing heart, or get any physical anxiety symptoms, it'll help

Honestly everyone saying propranolol only helps with physical anxiety isn’t true. I’m on nardil for low inhib and so far I ain’t feel a difference fr but when I took propranolol today I deadass felt high on weed and low inhib without the euphoria. I was talking to every fine girl today smoothly and calm like how I did on pregabalin and baclofen except with a little less energy. Like the words just flowed out my mouth instead of me trying which is what i’ve been looking for. Only problem is It’s lowers energy too much so I have no drive to go to the gym or do homework but atleast I can talk to all the fine shits for the day.

propranolol at high enough doses lowers your brains sympathetic nervous system response so talking to a girl won’t trigger any physical OR mental flight or fight arousal it’ll feel like talking to a wall.

ive been on it for years, try 20mg for the first week and watch out for blue hands in the cold etc, its normal but if your hands start to hurt from it than thats a bad sign. if 20mg is fine than try 40mg. expect a headache first time you try it but i was fine.
