Disclaimer: None of this is medical advice or advice in general. This was simply posted for an educational view on why reta is beneficial or not for patients, and is meant to be an educational post. For any questions about anything health or medical related, consult your doctor. I may make typos, so also use common sense when reading.
Retatrutide seems to be one of the best roi peptides. There seem to be very limited side affects, and yet amazing benefits. But what are those side affects, and what are those benefits?
Insulin sensitivity - suggesting it should be harder to get diabetes
Appetite suppression - makes it easier to starvemax and amazing for weight loss
Limited muscle loss - when cutting on reta, one loses less muscle.
An extremely long half life - one can pin once a week
Easier to become lean - More fat than muscle is lost
Save money - Don’t eat out as much, therefore you spend less
Appetite supression allows one to prioritize protein - Good for muscle growth
Good energy despite being on low calories - amazing for gym
Higher metabolism - easier weight loss
Nausea - if too much is pinned, one can feel nausea for possibly multiple days
Vomiting - Caused by the nausea
Diahrea - Insanely annoying and hits you randomly, might start multiple weeks in but usually only lasts a week or two
Constipation - not a huge deal
Acid reflux - Not typical, but annoying
Bloating - uncommon
Food feels gross because of app. suppression - this is a pro to me
Dizziness - similar to nausea
Thyroid tumor - seen in rodents, unclear if that will happen to humans
Delayed gastric empty ingestion
Can become expensive
Relatively new
Conclusion - Imo, reta is worth it as one lowers risk for diabetes, almost all side affects are temporary and simply uncomfortable, and the more serious side affects are not really proven. Life becomes so much better when you go from fat to normal or even lean. Keep in mind i’m not a medical doctor, so you have to do your own research. All of this is educational, and consult an actual doctor if you have any questions on anything.
