Would become illegal, tbh.
Doubt you could make something realistic enough yet. There are already some that you can buy. But intuitively thinking, it'd have to be custom made from your 3d face scan, so price is going to be quite decent, to look fake af. It'd work for frauding pictures, etc, but not irl yet.
