i was reading about bonesmashing 3 years ago when i was lurking here. and about all theories and how it can work everything. but i still didn't see a single person that really but really had great effect by doing that, that couldn't have been done with going to clinic and paying few hundred bucks for a filler. u have to be retard to really do that for some reason or another
