1. Meat
2. Eggs
3. Dairy
Its useless if ur not getting it from animal products

Plant proteins are not absorbed. Your body will not use it, it wont help you grow muscle, the body cant use it for muscles as its not fucking absorbed. It causes inflammation and digestive issues
