i time like 300g around workouts, im onlu 145bw so 190 is already alotyou can always push protein higher. Utilize most of your carbs pre workout as well. Dextrose is a good option

Theres not much on eating on AAS, the 0.7mg/kg rule still seems to apply but i dont really buy thathigher test usually means better recovery and muscle building in general
