What do yall think about this study?

I hope it’s not true or else I’m fucked
Bro there’s literally studies about everything stunting growth but it’s usually very little

Protein contributes to linear height growth by providing the body with the amino acids it needs to create IGF1, which is the hormone responsible for height growth.

If you want to grow taller you should eat a high protein diet. Message me on telegram @ barnmatrix if you have more questions.

Depends what kind. Tryptophan contributes to excess linear growth. Collagen/gelatin probably doesn't make you grow much more.

And growth is affected by protein intake, but often external factors also play a role to which diet alone can be rendered negligible.

It’s not fucking true bro your autistic if you think that’s true

Bro thinks he’s him
this is retarded, anything is harmful if u take too much. In this case it suggests excess amounts of protein could stunt growth but im guessing its like more than 2.5g protein per kg of body weight for teens in early puberty, and no teen is eating that much lets be real :lul:

Smart

animal protein intake is the most strongly correlated lifestyle factor to height

Nonsense. Areas where protein consumption increased have been getting taller.Kids are struggling where they are mostly rice etc with low protein or in some places in India with low protein.

I dont sell any course bro I just dont rot on this forum 24/7 so its easier to use telegram
I'm sorry little kids, but I'm a kill a clown today. I could say bullets are gonna spray, I'm from Brooklyn, that's alright.

But lemme just say this: I'd like to get close and personal with a razor sharp object. But lemme just say this: I'm not gonna stab you in the heart. What I'm gonna do is grab a pen, stab you in the neck, puncture your lungs, then slam a blunt object into your stomach and cause internal bleeding.

Now before you die lemme just say this: I'm not complicated. But I'm like a sniper. I aim straight to the heart or the head, I'm straight and direct. I might hide 2 k's that way, you'll know when I hit you as soon as you hit the groun

Only way this would be true is because an increase in protein would mean you are eating less carbohydrates and fats, which are also very important for height growth

You want an equal balance of all 3, and high protein probably caused them to be in unwanted ratios

Read the conclussion section of the study
« In conclusion, this large cross-sectional study in children and adolescents revealed that higher protein intake was associated with shorter linear growth and a higher prevalence of stunting. These findings suggest that increased dietary protein intake among well-nourished children and adolescents may not only fail to promote linear growth, but also impair it. Therefore, considering the potential risks of excessive protein intake is important. More studies are needed to confirm the causal relationship between them in the future. »

What about it?:lul:

Bro how tf are carbs good if you still get insulin spikes anyway if u eat dairy products that contain whey that is insulinogenic + carbs (glucose) enhances FGF2 signaling which is detrimental to bone (longitudinal) growth?

Sugar increases igf-1 which is needed for height growth

I hate when niggas just repeat what everyone knows and say without even using their brains for more than a second as if you were some type of robot devoid of consciousness.
Whey is insulinogenic, it spikes insulin and insulin is good for growth directly because there are also insulin receptors in the growth plates and indirectly by increasing IGF-1. That’s it. All the benefits of carbs. (You don’t need them)

and why do you eat so much? judging from your question, im guessing u are a teenager. You are NOT a mr olympia (you will only benefit from a third of the amount), you are NOT in need for 300g of protein daily (unless u are 7ft 250lbs lean) I see no reason for someone as young as you to eat so much protein. You are simply killing your kidneys and liver
