Your "race" and "ethnicity" are social constructs. There is actually no biological basis for "race". Your face and height are biological, meaningful, measurable values. Should you be proud of these? Height, one could argue, "no". But if you were always fat and had a rounded jawline with chubby cheeks and a bloated face and then leaned down to <12% and had facial definition, you could take pride in that. Yes, it was just fat and water covering it up, but if you had always been fat, you wouldn't know that.
