PRP won’t thicken skin enough to give structural support or lift the lid. At best it improves texture and dark circles slightly. For actual lid support/squint look you need lower lid tightening (canthoplasty, canthopexy) or fillre/fat graft under the eye. Bone and ligament support matter way more than skin thickness.
