make sure your already consistently doing the following:

1. Eating a balanced, healthy diet
2. Getting +8 hours of consistent and deep sleep

blepharoplasty surgery for supraorbital fat
Your eye are is pretty good but its held back by supraorbital fat which unfortunatly to my knowledge cannot be reduced through non surgical means

consistent debloat
Lower your sodium intake, consume more diuretics, intense cardio and hydrate constantly

accutane for thinning your nose. if not then just use low concentration hydrocortisone diluted with moisturizer
if you cant get perscription accutane you can get it off indiamart, it will cause heavy dryness so get aquaphor.
If you decide against it then get 0.5% hydrocortisone and dilute with a light moisturizer to 0.25% or less (you can use chatgpt to help with that) and then apply very sparingly to your nose bi-monthly.

(hydrocortisone thins your skin and can define your nose but overdoing it and not allowing your skin at least a few weeks to rebalance will cause dangerous thinning.)

4 minutes each side daily building up force slowly, brusing is fine but dont overdo it, it will take months to see permanant growth but trust me its worth it,
yes i know how controversial it is, ive done my research.

Obviously there are PLENTY of softmaxxes you can follow to further boost your apearance, the ones listed here are just to address the most prominent falios that stood out to me
