There's no PSL rating that will get every girl. Every girl (men included) have a type. A man that's considered 6 PSL could probably get a good majority of girls if he tried, but if he were to compete against a 5-5.5 PSL guy that's that girls "type", he'd most likely lose.

To answer your question, I personally believe PSL isn't the whole story.
