ocd is curable you need to be mindful and work on some task i was diagnosed ocd and prescribed ssris but i didnt take them and did the stuff i said i still have ocd style thinking but it doesnt affect me badly it sometimes benefits me

What U talk about in psychiatrist how is it helpful. When I was like 15 my parents made me talked to therapist a few time I was desperate enough to agree they say I could be aspie didn't help shit I could've diagnosed myself then she ask stupid questions as if a foid would understand anything... She should have given me looksmax advice would've helped my brain more than asking stupid shit. Atleast if U go.to psychiatrist U have a chance to get cool drugs.
