i want to share something i found in a study, that has never really been talked about in this forum or possibly even other forums, so there are certain kinds of probiotics that when ingested can affect mood or mental health postively, perhaps through the gut-brain axis, for example in this study i found these is this strain called Bifidobacterium longum 1714 that has been shown to reduce cortisol response and stress in social situations, so if somebody is worried about their cortisol levels but cant really fix it because it's not from a bad diet or other bad habits but rather it's mental maybe this can help, also maybe it can help with sleep quality as well, you can read the study here it is: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6615936/
however effects of this specific strain on humans is still unclear, but this just goes to show the importance of a healthy gut microbium, there are other probiotics not exactly psychobiotics, that can help with bone growth and general health, though effects are modest and only mildly supportive, like lactobacillus reuteri that has also been shown to reduce microplastics wich is also huge bc this can help avoid testosterone decrease from an accumulation of testosterone.
Everything mentioned here is purely speculative and is not medical advice and if you do anything it's your responsibility.
