psychological tricks to make me stick to my diet

I only get random bursts of motivation to stick to my diet, and when good food appears I immediately let my temptation win. What're some things that'll help improve my discipline and turn eating healthy and less into a habit
 
Good sleep makes u more likely to eat healthy. Also drinking milk before meals made me more full
 
Caffeine maybe
