I’ve heard there’s medication you have to take after taking abalo to keep your bone gains, do you know anything about that? What do you have to take and what dosing and for how long?

I consider taking 80-100mcg of abalo about the medication I am not sure but I am pretty sure it's only for the osteoporosis people. I get it from my source but I will gatekeep it. I payed for it and won't leak it just like that. Abalo is a bit better than Teri in my opinion.

How long are you planning to run it for?

I am planning to run it for around 3 months+ depends. I am still debating on for how long I should run it for, was mostly researching about other compounds and pharmaceuticals
