Im almost 15,5'4.Dad and mom 5'5 and 5'6.What should I do do maximise my growth and generally genetic potential?I really hate being short in country where average height is 6'0.(possibly no suplements,and i grew like 3cm in 1.5months)

bio sam 155cm sa 15god, sad sam 179 sa 19 ali sam capped na 179 od 17te, nisam uzimao hormon rasta ali da se vratim uzeo bi sigurno ne vredi rizikovati, moras naci neki nacin da bijes hormon rasta veruj zazalices kad si stariji, ako tvoji imaju kesa nadji nesto privatno
