I’m 15, 6ft and 165 lbs I’ve been lifting for about 1.7 years. I dont do any drugs I might get drunk like 2-3 times a year and smoke a few cigarettes here and there. This is the cycle I’m thinking of running right now.
Mk-677 12.5 mg ED before bed
Ostarine 15 mg ED an hour before gym or in the morning if it’s a rest day
Aromasin 7.5 mg EOD
Supplements I take
1. Berberine 500 mg before each meal
2. Vitamin b6 or p5p
3. Vitamin D 5000iu every morning
4. Fish oil morning and before bed
5. Melatonin 15 mg before bed
6. Ashwaganda later in the day at like 6
7. Creatine 5mg daily
This is what I’m thinking right now but I’ve been looking into anavar and maybe even a small dose of test like 150 mg weekly while keeping an AI. Let me know your opinions on this stack I’m thinking of doing rn.
