Puberty ends somewhere in your teen years but that doesn't mean you stop growing.

Puberty is the stage in your life where your hormones' are booming and where most growth happens. Once this ends your wont experience the hormonals boom again however your T levels will still remain relatively high if you're a young male in your twenties. There are cases where people grow past puberty in dick size and or height. Or they experience some more facial changes like extra brow ridge growth but it all depends on your genetics. I feel like you dont stop growing until mid-twenties+

It's not really /that/ obvious as some users here believe if you don't maximize your growth during your teen years its completely over but that is not the case. Gandy wasn't a slayer until his 20s , in his younger years he looks different.
