You're not even 15. Your face is likely to change a lot. At 15 I wasn't very good looking and was only around 115 pounds. In my 20s my face looks a lot better and developed, and my weight is now 170-175 pounds and still fairly lean which is a hell of a lot better than 115. By 18 your face is pretty much gonna fully developed and any changes after that will be from getting older and weight changes

From when I was your age to 18 I grew over 6 inches of height too.
