Kids tend to have less falios, or atleast they are not that visible/ striking on their cute young small faces. You might look like average kid with small face. The problem is when you skull grow, there might appear some problems here. Your facial features will look worse, ur ratios will look off. This is mostly about ratios, since when you skull grow they might change so much. Once you enter puberty you are in your peak osteoblast era, your face grows and changes faster than ever in short period of time (apart from newborns etc. because that's not important here).
Children have a very high tendency to have proportional and harmonious faces even if they have non-ideal facial features.
