The problem is when you skull grow, there might appear some problems here. Your facial features will look worse, ur ratios will look off. This is mostly about ratios, since when you skull grow they might change so much. Once you enter puberty you are in your peak osteoblast era, your face grows and changes faster than ever in short period of time (apart from newborns etc. because that's not important here).
