just went through multiple threads about supplementation again (botb threads & ultimate supplementation guide for looksmaxxing) but its not quite clear which supplements are majorly or only effective during puberty, can anyone share what they are?

raw milk, quarter egg shell per day and 10-20 iu of d3. plus 5000 cals per day. all supplements are cope
