I'm 16 and my pubertymaxx consists of:
1500mgs of calcium daily, sometimes i don't reach that and i have a 1200mgs
200mg of k2 and 10000 d3
plenty of red meat thru the week along with white meat and i sneak some sea food sometimes
i sleep 8 hours or 9
i workout at the gym and do muay thai as well, 3 times a week each, i like them but they are good for testosterone too
i take a tbs of honey post workout, heard it boosts igf1
i have carbs in my diet as well not only meat
i don't smoke or drink, i don't goon or watch porn either, i avoid all these habits
my mom and dad have great bonemass and ratios genetics (my mom has really high bonemass and used to model while my dad wasn't a model but has blue eyes which i got from him and a pretty wide chin)
i've changed a lot from 14 to 16 and i keep wondering if its going to be something similar for 16 to 20
my main objectives are to get a higher bonemass, i take all advices
