Pubertymaxx opinions

I'm 16 and my pubertymaxx consists of:

1500mgs of calcium daily, sometimes i don't reach that and i have a 1200mgs
200mg of k2 and 10000 d3
plenty of red meat thru the week along with white meat and i sneak some sea food sometimes
i sleep 8 hours or 9
i workout at the gym and do muay thai as well, 3 times a week each, i like them but they are good for testosterone too
i take a tbs of honey post workout, heard it boosts igf1
i have carbs in my diet as well not only meat
i don't smoke or drink, i don't goon or watch porn either, i avoid all these habits
my mom and dad have great bonemass and ratios genetics (my mom has really high bonemass and used to model while my dad wasn't a model but has blue eyes which i got from him and a pretty wide chin)
i've changed a lot from 14 to 16 and i keep wondering if its going to be something similar for 16 to 20

my main objectives are to get a higher bonemass, i take all advices :feelsez:

just use the peptides

i mean, i kinda just like honey tbh i didn't expect it to increase my bonemass, just wanted an excuse :lul:
 
I've been looking into PED's, do you have any forums where i can learn more about them?
this one right here or meso. you should use PEDs puberty will only take you so far

carbs spike insulin and insulin lowers gh
just dont eat any carbs at night or close to bed time
id reduce carb intake overall
but they are okay before and after exercise

thx for that advice, i mostly only take pre workout (lunch) but some other times i ate before bed, where can i learn more about stuff like this?

idk i just learned it somehow
faceiq posts some good vids about diet
hes a raw meat guy like goatis but he gives better info and more explanations
also prioritize fats in your diet especially before bed
