Im 15, I NEED to max out everything I possibly can whilst still growing.
I mean everything: height, face, frame, dick, social skills etc.

height- vitamin d3+k2, milk, dont eat 2hrs before bed, sleep 8-10hrs, exercise for growth hormone activation, keep posture control or lift weights to prioritize traps, shoulders and back.
face- diet whole foods (limit processed or junk food), cleanse face minimum twice a day and moisturize straight after, for hair loss use minoxidl for brows and head hair as well as derma roller, for dark spots use dark spot solution (kiehl's), chew falim gum for jawline, LOSE WEIGHT. COMES WITH DIET AND EXERCISE. drink loads of water.

Most guy stop growing at at least 16. And they CAN grow at least until 18 because growth plate are never close before

If you wanna maximize height growth I recommend you take an Aromatase inhibitor for a few years until your like 18. This can give you an extra 1-2 inches of height easily.

Yeah ill be doing a cycle of 60 days on 14 days off of mainly HGH, MK-677 and arimidex. This should guarantee extra height, some additional frame and a bit of dick gains. If I'm not injecting HGH I'll still be doing this with mk677 and arimidex

You could add cialis before sleep for dick gains, but I didn't research it well. Look into it, but I heard it should work good with hgh

Tbh most. i could do is at home finger prick for test and estrogen

You could add cialis before sleep for dick gains, but I didn't research it well. Look into it, but I heard it should work good with hgh

Would dht gel be a good idea? It has dimorphism benefits but I dont wanna be bald

If you want to use dht gel, add test base. Although, it's kinda risky from my point to mess up with test/dht/roids because it could fuck up you and development pretty easily and quickly. Also you should make a proper pct after it that doesn't close your plates. So, I doesn't recommend to use it.

If you going to use AI longterm, you should think about your hair too. It will 99% fuck up your hair. Add some topical dht inhibitor or at least minoxidil.

I don't think I'm gonna mess with androgens at the moment, I'll go with the natural route for testosterone and go along with my HGH stack, I might research dht gel tho as i need frame, dick, face gains
