Guys is this routine and diet good for 15 years old, I'm trying to achieve the maximum potential of my height and facial bones

diet:

-red meat 200g daily
-5 eggs daily
-1L milk daily
-a lot of fruits especially bananas, oranges, kiwis and berries
-Greek yogurt about 200g daily
-also chicken hearts, liver at least 3 times a week
-kefir
-butter
-avocados

routine:
-sprints 3 time a week 5 sets of 30 sec
-gym 3 time a week
-sleep at least 8 hours at night + sleep during the day for about 1 hour

supplements:
-d3 10000 + k2 200 mcg every 3 days
-magnesium bisglycinate 200mg daily
-boron 6mg daily
-zinc 25mg daily

additions:
minimum of bad carbs, sweets and other crap like chips, sodas and so on, also I don't smoke or drink at all

drugs:
I'm going to add aromasin when I'm 16 or a little older

There’s no “bad” and “good” carbohydrates in the end it’s converted to glucose by the body.

Bro forgot to say that every weekend my grandmother gives me about 500g of raw honey with honeycombs

it's quite small, I've seen crazy people who drink 1 gallon a day, that's about 4 liters
trust me u dont have to do that , a cup of it will make the work
 
bro, during the day if you drink 500ml in the morning and 500ml in the evening then everything will be okay, and one cup is very little, you need more calcium

eat 6 eggs in the morning it’s achievable and very good for you consistency matters way more than this bullshit

how much you cook your meat?
the obvious stuff also like the carbs i wouldnt do those

supplements, they use kerosin for the extraction, and the bioavailability is shit anyways, unless your using a "natural" liver supplement or smth like that

and damn your working out alot, if you want to maximize your growth potential this is the worst thing you can do, the hgh will be used up to repair your muscles instead of making you taller, just improve this and youll be fine.
