im reaching tanner stage about 4 , im 5'9, very light weight at least in US .
how can i maximise effects of puberty (height, frame, face, dick, muscle growth etc)?
are there any things besides the obvious sleep 8 hrs, eat well, intense exercise that can make sure i end puberty with high test and masculine body and face i need to know + what are some good methods/supplements i can use to increase DHT + Testostorone that arent hard to get (no roids)

just eat whole non processed foods , sleep 8 - 10 hours a day and play sports

thanks, what foods would you say are good and what specific nutrients/vitamins are important? im taking vitamin D at the moment and trying to get more calcium from dairy

don't take supplements try to get vitamins from natural foods during puberty and just eat the foods that grow in your region

Would you say thats because of the food? I’m actually in the UK I lied because I want as little information about me on here as possible

Look at btob dht maxxing thread, there are a lot of supplements there that will help boost your dht and prolong puberty.
If I was you I would probably combine this with and AI even tho you said no roids, tanner 4 at 15 is brutal tho so wish you the best of luck

ok I’ll check that out, when you talk about tanner 4 , is that low for 15? Just trying to get a sense of how urgently I need to start this shit

if both of your parents are hairy the tanner scale won't realistically apply to you. but tanner 4 is pretty advanced and indicates maybe 1-2 years away from the end of your puberty

Most 15 year olds are in tanner 3 to 4 so it’s not that uncommon. I think I’m in in tanner 3 even tho my penis is kinda big :lul:

bro im early 14 and think im in stage 4.3 or 4.2 but idk, dont think i had early puberty as well prolly started at like 10-11

not gonna lie bro, you’re acting like some greycel asking for the magic test boost. listen, the only thing that’ll maxx your puberty is consistency, not some wishful thinking. get off that LDAR grind and focus on the basics: sleep, train, eat enough to grow. if you’re not lifting heavy and progressively overloading, you’re just wasting your time.
you’re 5'9 and at tanner stage 4? stop worrying about these supplements and focus on getting that muscle mass. DHT? it’s gonna come when you’re training hard and eating right, not from some random herbs. if you’re looking for a shortcut, that’s pure cope. don’t expect to turn into some chad by just popping a pill.
you want to boost test? hit leg days, get lean, avoid excess cardio, and sleep like your future depends on it (it does). stop looking for excuses and start doing what works. you’re in the prime zone to grow, just don’t waste it thinking about shortcuts. jfl if you think you can skip the grind and get results.

That’s not what I’m looking for at all, I’m currently trying to get better sleep and exercise more but besides eating less processed food i don’t have the money or time to eat a perfect diet, hence why I am supplementing things that are crucial to development.
