Is there actually a difference between early and late bloomers? Does it affect your height or looks? And how can you naturally increase growth hormone (GH) without taking HGH, IGF-1, CJC + ipamorelin, or anything harmful—while optimizing your chances of a “glow-up” during puberty?
Personally, I’m 14 years old, 166 cm tall, and weigh 49 kg. I want to know how I can improve my chances of glowing up naturally during this stage of my life.

if you really want to be natural, just sleep well, hit the gym and most importantly don't neglect nutrition

you are on the lower end of healthy weight, you could probably up the calories slightly

make sure you are getting enough carbohydrates, that's something people neglect

the things you mentioned are also not inherently 'harmful' at all
