Be in a 500-1000 calorie deficit (be consistent)
Consume 4000mg of potassium
Consume 1000mg of vitamin c
Drink 3l of water
Get consistent 7-9 hour sleeps

Also you're not 16% bf
16% is a pretty high bf if you're looking for that dry hollow look, you should aim for 8% or under. You might also just be boneless.

Debloat, get leaner to about sub 12% since when you reach 8% its tricky to maintain all year round

Grab a meat cleaver and slice the flesh sat right below the zygo. This will give you hollow cheeks - gatekeep this method.

No, I have bones; so far I ca feel and notice with my current face.
And I do LITERALLY NOT KNOW how I could eat less.
I have long dietphases but then a cheatday 3-4 days after with maybe 2800 calories and than I start starving again and even started to take ritalin to suppress my apetite. I DONT KNOW WHAT DO TO AND LESS TO EAT ANYMORE.

You dont even need to starve, just smaller portions or foods with less calories, do more cardio. But if you're genuinely struggling I suggest hopping on reta

But in how big a difference is that?
Thanks very mich
Potassium and magnesium can help counteract the effects of sodium, encouraging the body to release excess water.
Magnesium aids in the relaxation of the digestive tract, which can help improve digestion and reduce bloating.

thanks for your effort. I will try to do it.
And although I know that the bf doesn’t absolutely correlate with bodyweight I’m am ~66kg at ~5 foot 9. Maybe you get a rough idea.

You're welcome.
Also don't put yourself through the torture of being on glp-1 agonists (like reta) so soon.. it's all about the discipline.
Make sure to post your slayer hollow cheeks here, once you got it and tag me too
