I have a pretty decent physique for my age and i want to show it off but whenever i wear muscle shirts or any REGULAR shirts my puffy ass nipples always fucking shows, the only thing ruining my aesthetics are my 1.5 x 1.5 inch puffy nipples its not a BF% problem because I'm as lean as you could be (Ramadan) and its not a test problem cus my test is at 1692 ng/dL, pls help might grab a razor and slice them off.

get bloodwork check ur e2 and prolactin

Gyno surgery only way. Sounds like a problem so lower ur estrogen might not help for u
