There’s not a single exercise which is on par with it

If you can’t do a pull-up yet then follow any linear progressive path until you’re able to, this is a good example


If you’re able to do a lot of pull-ups and need to progressively overload so you don’t stagnate then add weights

Pull-ups are all you need tbh

Doing two sets of pull ups to failure at the end of a back workout built my rear delts better than any other movements like reverse flys or face pulls…
