It’s 5 AM here in Spain, and I’ve decided to pull an all-nighter to finally fix my trash sleep schedule. I can’t keep living like this—my eyebags are looking worse than ever, and I’m probably aging myself by years with this sleep deprivation. Sleep is literally the number one softmaxxing factor, and I’m here completely destroying my looks every night by doomscrolling.
I know sleep affects skin, hair, and even testosterone levels. It’s no wonder I’ve been feeling like a low-energy subhuman recently. It’s time to get serious. If I don’t start sleeping properly, no skincare routine, no gym routine, and no diet is going to save me.
