Getting 1 of my wisdom teeth extracted in 2 days. Don't really have a choice, they're growing in all weirdly. Doc said to either get them out, or I might risk losing some of my molars. Have to get two of them out, one upper and one lower. Also heard some models get this procedure done for a slimmer/hollower face.

Curious if it will be the same for me. Users like pneumo have gotten this procedure aswell from my memory, and it didn't seem to affect his face.
Another user seemed to get hollower cheeks, but a more narrow jaw after removing all 4. My lower third got wider ever since some of my wisdom teeth came in, too wide in fact. So I'm not worrying about losing potential jaw width.

Might remove the others too, depending on how they grow in and for symmetry.
Read some stuff online about people saying their face looking leaner and slimmer after getting them out. Like they dropped a few pounds.

Could be a looksmax to get them removed or not, I'll found out very soon. :feelshmm:

Maybe the narrower jaw will make the zygos stand out more:soy:

It's how my face used to look like before my wisdom teeth came in. Zygos were popping.
Now my jaw is a bit too wide and I have this more blocky face look..

fuck that, hell no, never doing that, wisdom teeth help my jaw look dimorphic. havent gotten rid of them after years of being told too. never had tooth aches or cavities

Pulling wisdom teeth are useless asf and shouldn't cause facial changes unless removed in developing stages and its done by a long surgical procedure where bone loss may occur.

Removed 2 yesterday and it took like 10 minutes, my jaw has always been giga wide even before my wisdom teeth came in. So yeah, no fucks given. Barrett had 8 extractions done yet you see plenty of subhumans on the street with a full set of crooked teeth.

they don't even have the space for it

i removed both of my upper wisdom teeth and honestly i saw no change in my face, though i gained some body fat versus then so maybe it would’ve made my cheeks slimmer

what i am scared of is if i remove my lower wisdom teeth i will become more recessed (i already have a bit of an overbite) and lose jaw width

Bumping this thread since I’ve got my wisdom teeth removed on one side and went through recovery.

Visibly no recession. My jaw looks the same and cheeks somewhat hollower (as I thought).

Jordan got his wisdoms out and has a massive jaw
Maybe the narrower jaw will make the zygos stand out more:soy:
Genetics regardless of wisdom extractions

Recovery is a shithole to go through. Wisdom teeth extractions don't do shit. Jordan got his removed during puberty and his forward growth is the same or better since he prob got mse.

The surgery itself doesn’t hurt that much. You will just feel some pressure on your wisdom teeth.

Now the recovery, for me atleast was literal hell. I didn’t have any ice packs and I was just hooked on pain killer meds. And u can only eat liquid/soft foods. It can be over in a few days if you’re lucky though.

I’m on day 9 rn, no more pain. And swelling has gone down a lot. Can chew on one side with some softer foods.

It is, but not for everyone.
Its over in a few days for most. And shouldn’t hurt much unless u have an infection or dry socket. (I had neither) I was just a little unlucky.
