dht has an anabolic effect and estrogen only closes the plates + dht is the main androgenic receptor

pretty sure that's false. estrogen close them earlier while test can block est so as long as you don't have excess amounts of test (which could turn back to est) it slows the closing down

what if someone with natural high test does a constant cycle of boron + zinc + test support ? Won’t more excess test convert into dht even tho est is low and if est is too low it can close growth plates early or ?

to be honest i'm not sure. do the supps you listed stop the converting from test to est or smth? and i don't think too little est can close it early

Basically boron frees up extra test by SHBG and stays more active and mildly inhibits Estradol also too little est can send ur body into panic mode and force ur growth plates to close but its good to keep it moderate/low still so it all just adds up to balance cuz theres many tipping points

True, but I’m not tryna tank DHT that much otherwise ima look like a estrocel I just need something to balance out the extra test converting to dht
