Punch with your middle knuckle if you’re in danger not your fingers

According to physics if u consentrate force on a smaller area it’ll do more damage and be more resistant

That’s why u can break several plates with the same plate if u flip the one you’re hitting with and hit the rest from the top

If you punch someone with your middle knuckle which is the biggest one it will hurt you more but the force concentrated will be so big you will blow up the individuals jaw with the right punch

I see many people punch with their fingers that’s useless ur spreading force there’s a reason knives are sharp

You need to bend the wrist downward as u throw the punch
