get the one i link ( facial flex) and start with the lowest resistance 4oz and work your way up

Started slow. Stopped after a couple days. The minor folds they gave me, have now 99% gone away.
i first did this two years ago and went straight for the 8oz for 3 weeks. I didn't care about my nasiolabio folds at all and just wanted a wider mouth. I stopped after that 3 weeks cuz i didn't have the discipline.

Yes. i think the goal is to try to expand with control, IE expandning without your folds appearing.
