Remodeling bone takes constant pressure right?

So let's say you were to put you thumb in the cavity just under your zygomatic bone and push up while leaning on it like you would when leaning on a desk like this:

However using your thumbs to support your zygos like this:

Would this not over a long period of time remodel your cheekbones higher?

It would be pushing on this area:

The cant of your orbits and downward resistance of the frontal bone (zygofrontal area) would make desired results difficult.

What is needed is to rotate the zygos+orbit inwards towards the glabella. Zygos aren't necessarily drooping, just that their externally rotated causing the cheek prominence to be lower.
