If you have narrow and not forward grown jaws, you could cope by adding material over your teeth (they won't really show in most humans when talking and smiling), it has to be put in place somehow though.

I put some chewing gum around my teeth the maxilla in my side profile looked like it grew forward. Great way to see how Bimax would look like.
